[PATCH] ACPI: Remove the use of CONFIG_ACPI_HOTPLUG_MEMORY_MODULE

config ACPI_HOTPLUG_MEMORY has been changed to bool (y/n), and
its module option is no longer valid.  So, remove the use of
CONFIG_ACPI_HOTPLUG_MEMORY_MODULE.
