Please also attach acpidump output there.

BTW, I have a Toshiba laptop that has a similar problem, the backlight
control interface for acpi_video and toshiba doesn't work after
a S3 cycle. I checked my system, it uses SMI to handle backlight, it's
normally not easy to solve such bugs.

But since the intel_backlight interface always works, we can solve
the problem in another way.
