[2.] Full description of the problem/report:
Bluetooth and WIFI are always turned ON, on Clevo laptop (P150EM)
Bluetooth and WIFI can't be turned OFF using the FN+F11 and FN+F12 keys.
This has worked till kernel 3.6 and is broken since kernel 3.7-rc1
(and still is broken in kernel 3.8).
Bluetooth turns on right when the kernel starts booting after grub and
always stays on (FN+F12 has no effect).
When I push FN+F11 (to toggle Wifi) the LED turns off for less than a
second and the Wifi-connection get disconnected. But then the LED
comes right back ON and the Wifi gets reconnected.
