This patch enhances acpi_bus_scan() to implement acpihp_add_devices(), which creates ACPI devices for hot-added system devices attached to an ACPI hotplug slot, but don't cross the slot boundary. It also introduces a new interface to walk all ACPI devices attached to an ACPI hotplug slot.
