Hang after rebooting from Windows 7 on ThinkPad X120e (after "ACPI: Core revision ...")

Hello all,

I sometime see the kernel hang after "ACPI: Core revision 20110316" at
bootup. This _always_ happens when I reboot the machine from Windows
7.

Since the message already points to ACPI, I tried (re-)booting with
acpi=off in which case the machine manages to continue past this
point..

This is on a Lenovo ThinkPad X120e (AMD E-350 platform) with a recent
BIOS running an up-to-date 2.6.39-git. I am attaching a regular dmesg
(including the ACPI-line and the message after that) below, and also a
lspci. If you have suggestions how to further debug this, let me know.

regards,
Gottfried
