I've tested on some Asus EEE netbooks but they don't seem to be affected.

Asus N61JQ has
 Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU       Q 740  @ 1.73GHz stepping 05

Asus N90Sc has
 Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU         P8700  @ 2.53GHz stepping 0a

Asus X71 has
 Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual  CPU  T3200  @ 2.00GHz stepping 0d

Asus X61S has
 Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU         P8700  @ 2.53GHz stepping 0a
