[PATCH 4/4] ACPI video: remove deprecated procfs interface

Remove the deprecated ACPI video driver procfs I/F, as stated in the change log
of commit 6e37c658aefa57c472b2dbf1de88dbd3c67cdb52
New sysfs I/F is available at /sys/class/backlight/
