[PATCH 7/7] ACPI: cpufreq: Remove deprecated /proc/acpi/processor/../performance proc entries

They were long enough set deprecated...

Update Documentation/cpu-freq/users-guide.txt:
The deprecated files listed there seen not to exist for some time anymore
already.
