Please put an entry into bugzilla and also add a backtrace with CONFIG_FRAME_POINTER
enabled. Your current backtrace looks extremly noisy

Anyways it looks like a ioremap() with zero or negative argument somewhere
triggered by the ACPI processor module load. Right now I'm not quite 
sure who calls the ioremap though.
