[PATCH] PNP: update kernel parameter documentation

Remove obsolete "pnpbios=res" and "pnpbios=no-res" options, note that
"pnp_reserve_{irq,dma,io,mem}=" work for all PNP (not just ISAPNP) and
add formats.
