Will you please confirm whether the system can be rebooted on the
previous kernel? For example: 2.6.20/21/22.

Will you please attach the output of acpidump?

It would be great if you can open a bug at
http://bugzilla.kernel.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=ACPI
and attach the acpidump/lspci -vxxx as attachments there.
