[PATCH v5 6/8] ACPI: CPPC: Modify cppc_get_auto_sel_caps() to cppc_get_auto_sel()

Modify cppc_get_auto_sel_caps() to cppc_get_auto_sel(). Using a
cppc_perf_caps to carry the value is unnecessary.
