[ANNOUNCE] ACPICA website - acpica.org

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

The ACPICA project now has its own website, at www.acpica.org. This will
be the central point for all ACPICA-related activities.

Features of the website include:

1) From now on, this will be the place to download the ACPICA source.
Both the current release and several previous releases will always be
available. Currently, the source tarballs and zipfiles are available as
they were on intel.developer.com. In the near future, we will publish
the source tree for browsing and checkout.

2) There is a new mailing list for ACPICA-specific topics. You can join
the mailing list from the website.

3) There is a bugzilla for ACPICA-specific problem reports. This
bugzilla is intended for problems that reside in the ACPICA core code,
and are thus independent of any operating system.

4) All ACPICA documentation is available for download.

The acpica.org website obsoletes the downloads page found under
http://developer.intel.com/technology/iapc/acpi/downloads.htm. This page
will be removed in the very near future.
