[PATCH v2 06/15] ACPI: LPSS: fix some coding style issues

Fix some coding style issues reported by checkpatch.pl, including
following types:

WARNING: simple_strtol is obsolete, use kstrtol instead
WARNING: Missing a blank line after declarations
