Everything works fine (so far as I've noticed), but the kernel says:

Setting up standard PCI resources
ACPI: System BIOS is requesting _OSI(Linux)
ACPI: Please test with "acpi_osi=!Linux"
Please send dmidecode to linux-acpi@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

If I test with "acpi_osi=!Linux" is there anything I should be looking for
as different?

Also, earlier I get:

ACPI: BIOS bug: multiple APIC/MADT found, using 0
ACPI: If "acpi_apic_instance=2" works better, notify linux-acpi@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

And later I get:

PCI: Transparent bridge - 0000:00:1e.0
PCI: Bus #06 (-#09) is hidden behind transparent bridge #05 (-#06) (try 'pci=assign-busses')
Please report the result to linux-kernel to fix this permanently

I don't think I'm missing any functionality that I know of, so I don't
know what I should be looking for in either case. Anything specific I
should test?
