This patch, on top of 2.6.19, is to recode the acpi_get_pci_rootbridge_handle(). Move this routine from the glue.c to pci_root.c and get the root bridge acpi handles by searching the &acpi_pci_roots list instead of walking through the ACPI name space. This change saves significant boot time if trying to boot on a large IO systems.
