regression 2.6.15. / 2.6.17.14 "lost interrupts..."

Paul hello.
I hope i am too rude cci'ing you .
We're using rtc on a supermicro p8sct hw.
Our problem is that we are getting "lost interrupts"
messages in 2.6.17.14. we get it by a simple rtc tester
which reads in 8192hz rate.
we do not have this problem in 2.6.15.

I will appreciate any help.
