Hi Alexey, I've installed the latest 2.6.17.13 kernel (compiled from kernel.org source that I downloaded earlier today) and the "acpi_operand" field in "/proc/slabinfo" is still steadily rising. After just 5 mins uptime, the acpi_operand field has ~4200 objects of 40 bytes each. After 8 mins, this had rised on 4876 objects. I am now going to try to patch the DSDT file into the kernel and see if that cures it.
