Hello all,
After the kernel, it is now time to move the user land on GCC-IA16:

ELKS has now its own LIBC, sourced from the DEV86 one.
Much work remains for non regression testing and cleanup.
After that migration step, we won't depend any more on the DEV86, and
close that way a long discussion on this mailing list about moving to a
modern and mainstream compiler.
