Never mind; I figured out what was broken and fixed it. The system call table was not being correctly deleted during 'make clean' and rebuilt, leaving a stale copy lying around and causing the problem. The fix is already committed in git. I highly recommend anyone trying to build ELKS pull the changed version as soon as possible.
