Andrew, $ sudo slmodemd -c NEW ZEALAND /dev/slamr0 should be run after you have run $ sudo modprobe ungrab-winmodem $ sudo modprobe slamr However, the sl-modem-source package should have been installed in order for this to work. If they are installed, what error message do you see? Please post it back to list.
