Hi Marvin, I did have linux-headers-2.6.35-25 and linux-headers-2.6.35-25-generic packages installed, but no success. Just for your information when I still have kernel version 2.6.32, I followed instruction on http://www.jfdesignnet.com/?p=757 and success install modem. Now when new kernel comes, the instruction not work anymore. Looking forward for your news.
