Joe,

Near the bottom of http://www.linuxant.com/drivers/hsf/full/downloads.php
use the hsfmodem-7.80.02.06x86_64full.tar.gz

Unpack with
$ tar zxf hsfmodem*.tar.gz
Instructions in the unpacked folder have to be excecuted with:
$ sudo COMMAND
