Osama, It would be nice if you got a newer scanModem.gz from the LinModems Resource Page. In your case, scanModem has detected that your modem is an 11c11040 modem :) scanModem update of: 2008_08_26 However, since your CPU is x86_64 (64 bit machine) it has no chance of working :( If you install 32 bit linux, then you could get the drivers to communicate with the modem.
