Cristian,

the interrupt is disabled I'll try start with pci=routeirq or pollirq
then I'll change the modem card to another pci slot.

First try pci=routeirq, if it does not work, try swapping the pci
modem card to another slot.

Any other suggestion?

Other than the above, don't know about others?

Do I have to uninstall this version and compile the older 2.9.11-2008126?

No, you don't have to, but the old version might work better than
newer ones which are for newer kernels.
