Please use the SLMODEMD_gcc4.4_alsa1.0.21.tar.gz I sent you last night.
It unpacks OK on my system

If the folder with the agrsm driver package, verify the package is there with
$ ls agrsm*.deb
If the package is displayed, run again:
$ sudo dpkg -i agrsm*.deb
