forcing IRQ on boot

Is there a way to force the martian driver to use a specific IRQ on 
booting up? I have installed the driver, but it is trying to use IRQ 11 
and I would like it to use IRQ 4. There are a few different devices 
trying to use IRQ 11 and IRQ 4 is completely free.
