I have added blacklist snd-hda-intel to /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-modem.conf.

I now get the attached agrsm-test.txt, and dmesg.txt.
agrsm-test hangs at Modem Port Scan<*1>: S0   S1   S2   S3   
and I unable to ctl-c. If I close the terminal, I am unable to
kill -9 wvdial and wvdailconf.

(Earlier, when I had wifi rt61pci enabled and the phone line not
plugged in, the Scan line above didn't hang, it segfaulted. I don't think
it was the wifi, just mentioning in case.)
