Sizedin, Get the *.deb packages and install them with $ sudo dkpg -i packagename.deb If that fails, use the source tarballs, download wvstreams-4.6.tar.gz and wvdial-1.60.tar.gz and install them first wvstreams, then wvdial tarballs respectively and you will have wvdial on your system.
