hi isamar,
the http://linux.zsolttech.com/linmodem/agrsm/ hold thefirst quick and dirty 
hacked version of the driver for kernel 2.6.27.
new version is at http://linux.zsolttech.com/linmodem/agrsm/Testing/

think none of the versions will wor for you (kernel 2.6.26 and alsa 1.0.19)
how important is it for you to get the modem working?
