Thank u for your help. I was this week installing some modules/driver but it didn't work for my modem. So any type of help will be great.

11c11040  is the Linux form of  Vendor_11c1 Device_1040
Vendor designation 11c1 was initially owned by Lucent, and then
transferred to spin off  company Agere Systems Inc., which has now
been absorbed into http://www.LSI.com

1040 is the particular chip designation for one of several modem
chips, which are sold to diverse modem/audio card assemblers.

The increasingly common High Definition Audio (HDA) cards, like your
ALC861VD Analog
can host a variety of differ modem chips on their Subsytems.  In your
PC it is the 11c11040 chip
supported by the agrsm software.
