help installing modem

Dear members of the list

I don't know what to do in order to install my modem driver in linux.
I am using fedora 9. Here is the modemData.txt attached. thanks in
advance.

 Versions adequately match for the compiler installed: 4.3.0

If a driver compilation fails, with message including some lack of some FileName.h (stdio.h for example), then
