Hi Sean. I also have a 11c1:048c modem.

It looks like Marvin sent you the package for 2.6.27.x kernels.
For 2.6.26.x kernels, use agrsm-20080203 from
http://linmodems.technion.ac.il/packages/ltmodem/sv92/
You'll still get warnings about pci_find_* being deprecated, but you
won't get the error about struct uart_info, which is what is stopping
your compile.

Also, use "make modules", not "make module".
