In principle
ID 047e:2892 Agere Systems, Inc. (Lucent) Systems Soft Modem
is supported by the agrsm drivers as 047e:2892 is included in the ID
recognition section.

This is just a guess ouput on Systems with HDA cards, when no other
modem is detected.
