Extract it with
$ tar -zxvf  martian-full-20080625.tar.gz
$ cd martian-full-20080625
$ make all
$ su
password:
# make install

to load the drivers run
# modprobe martian_dev
$ martian
also you can cd to the scripts folder and run ./automate.sh ? to
automate the process.
