Please download scanModem.gz and copy it to your linux partition.

$ gunzip scanModem.gz
$ chmod +x scanModem
$ su -
password:
# cd back_to_directory_where_scanModem_is_located
# ./scanModem

send us ModemData.txt only to list and we can hopefully tell you, you need this driver X.
