Dear Marv,

shell command does not exist in slax, therefore the Makefile provided
by martian-full-20080625.tar.gz does not work and compiling fails

make all
make install

do not work :(

However,

make -C kmodule/ modules
make -C modem/ all
make -C kmodule/ install
make -C modem/ install

succeeds in building the martian_dev.ko successfully and all works correctly.
I have a martian-full-20080625.lzm which does everything for slax
users that decide to use the module.

http://www.slax.org/modules.php?action=detail&id=367

I modified martian.slaxbuild which is the script that creates the
module, which is also in the above link. I made a customized
rc.martian file in place of the /etc/rc.d/init.d/martian for
automation purposes.

I had previously done a previous module, and I ran martian.slaxbuild
script to check that everything was working and I encountered error.
I made the modification and now the module is created successfully.

This is just a report to let you know that maybe not all distros have
the shell command and they will report errors. I have found out by
mistake and thus the need to make you aware that it is possible.

Regards,

Antonio
