Mars modem 2.6.25.5

Has anyone been able to build the martian modem package on 2.6.25.5? 
(SuSE 11.0)
I cannot, I get an error that asm/page.h is missing, and then that 
page_size and page_shift are undeclared identifiers.
This is with 20080617.
On the other hand, I can get agrsm-20080203 to build and load, but it 
segfaults on trying to dial.
Any thoughts?
