Sorry, overlooked in your original ModemData.txt:
   "if compiling is necessary packages must be installed, providing:
  gcc-4.1"
Just install this package and retry.  It is installed by default on
Ubuntu Linux systems.

Send further messages to the List where others can help with Fedora
specific problems, and will be on line when I am not
