Hi, I downloaded the package and put under /usr/sbin/ folder. ran chmod +x /usr/sbin/slmodemd command. manish@manish-laptop:~/Desktop/SLMODEMD.gcc4.2$ sudo slmodemd -c INDIA --alsa hw:0,1_or_hw:0,6 error: mixer setup: Off-hook switch not found for card hw:0 ALSA lib conf.c:3871:(parse_args) Parameter DEV must be an integer ALSA lib conf.c:3969:(snd_config_expand) Parse arguments error: Invalid argument ALSA lib pcm.c:2145:(snd_pcm_open_noupdate) Unknown PCM hw:0,1_or_hw:0,6 error: alsa setup: cannot open playback device 'hw:0,1_or_hw:0,6': Invalid argument error: cannot setup device `hw:0,1_or_hw:0,6' Now what should I do?
