ANNOUNCE: pctel-0.9.7-9-rht-9 now available

An updated version of the PCTel driver, pctel-0.9.7-9-rht-9, is now
available from http://linmodems.technion.ac.il/pctel-linux/welcome.html

Changes for this release:

  * Fix to use EXTRA_CFLAGS instead of CFLAGS in Makefile-2.6.in as build
    stops from kernel 2.6.22 onwards.

  * Fix for removed define SA_SHIRQ in Kernel 2.6.24 and to fix warning
    in Kernel 2.6.19.

  * Fix for warning about pci_find_device() in Kernel 2.6.19, now uses
    pci_get_device().

  * Fix for waning about argument types to linmodem_set_termios() in Kernel
    2.6.20.
