not sure modem detected or not?

Hi,

This is Vara Prasad, I am using Ubuntu 7.10 on Sony VAIO VGN NR 110 E/S , I am not able to find the chipset of modem on my laptop. Can you please help me in finding out the chipset of my in-built modem and installing drivers.

Please find the attached ModemData.txt which i got from scanning the modem from scanModem.gz tool.

please let me know if you need any more details.
