Use:

sudo modprobe agrserial
sudo ln -s /dev/ttyAGS3 /dev/ttySAGR
sudo ln -s /dev/ttyAGS3 /dev/modem

And put the follow to boot parameter: acpi=off or pci=noacpi
to edit: sudo gedit /boot/grub/menu.lst
