Please send to the List not me directly.
WARNING: could not find /home/baso/tmp/agrsm/.agrsm_core.o.cmd
is not lethal. Did the compile complete with production of
agrmodem.ko  and agrserial.ko  ??

If not try installing packages
libc6-dev   linux-libc-dev
