David

Install the package   kernel-devel-2.6.23.1-42.fc8 (or similar) to
complete compiling support.

Then work with the most recent package at:
 http://phep2.technion.ac.il/linmodems/packages/ltmodem/kernel-2.6/martian/
martian-full-20071011.tar.gz
