Sorry for inconsistent information! :)
This morning I try with intel-537EP_secure-2.60.80.1_19_01_2007.tgz
from http://linmodems.technion.ac.il/packages/Intel/Philippe.Vouters
and make 537 failed.
I have replied MarvS's mail with error.
