is too ancient to analyze the modem which is likely hosted upon the
00:1b.0 Audio device: Intel Corporation 82801G (ICH7 Family) High
Definition Audio Controller

Get the current scanModem from  http://limodems.technion.ac.il and
send us the new ModemData.txt if necessary.

Also include the output of:
$ lspci  -s  00:1b.0 -nv
