I tried that too but the bios keeps sharing the IRQ.

What I have tried so far (with no success):
Grub:
noapic
pci=noacpi
pci=routeirq
acpi=off
acpi_irq_pci=11
acpi_irq_balance

Bios:
Disable ACPI
Disable P&P

The audio is fine now, but I had to disable the on-board USB controller
(it keeps trying to assign a shared IRQ for the modem no matter what).
It also happens with the smartlink modem, but I can use the modem with
no problem (despite the fact the connection is dropped when you are
accessing sites with too many images).
It's quite annoying...
