J. Dolan, U.S.A., Ubuntu 7.04 kernel 2.6.20-15-generic

I would like some help getting my modem working.  I found a link
(http://tx.technion.ac.il/~raindel/ess_2.6-v0.3.tar.gz), but it
doesn't seem to work.
Will the driver (2.6-v0.3.tar.gz) work with ubuntu 7.04? If so, where
can I find it?  I've attached the ModemData.txt.
