     Primary PCI_id  11c1:048c
Support type needed or chipset:	Agere.SV2P_potentially_supported

Vendor 11c1 is Lucent Technologies with modem technology now under LSI Inc.
Their Linux  code developer/maintainer is Soumyendu Sarkar. Support
for a chipset and its
continued maintenance is only initiated at the request of a major
chipset buyer,
or comparable sponsor. Several different  modem chipset types  are produced:
with varying support under Linux.

The current version is agrsm-20070704.tar.gz  and may work for your
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Kernel 2.6.9-5.EL with gcc version 3.4.3

Under Linux unpack with
$ tar zxf agrsm*.tar.gz
$ cd agrsm-20070704
$ ls
Browse with:
$ less Filename

Compile with:
$ su - root
# make clean
# make
# make install
